CO2 Hoses

MARINE INVEST SAFETY manufactures hydraulic rubber hoses assembled with proper fittings required for CO2 installations on boards of vessels. We provide replacement hose assemblies for 10 year annuals of CO2 systems as well as emergency single hose assemblies required to be replaced in case of emergency. Our workshop holds DNV and RINA Class Approval Certificates meaning that our company has resources to provide the highest quality hose assemblies possible. We produce hoses for marine market all over the world with very short delivery time as our stock is always equipped enough to assemble at least 500 various hoses per day. In special cases we are able to manufacture certified hoses in 1-2 days (including certification). To handle many different vessels with various classifications we cooperate with all IASC societies (DNV, RINA, ABS, BV, CCS, CRS, IRS, KR, LR, NK, PRS) so our products will always match vessels requirements.

As a hoses and fittings supplier we cooperate with Alfagomma & ZEC who provides MED & Type Approved hoses & fittings. That is why we guarantee our assemblies are 100% approved to be installed in marine CO2 installations.

For our production process we use top manufacturer equipment which is Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH.
